She’s the host of the Intuitive Blueprint podcast and founder of Intuitive Blueprint Institute, a board certified NLP, Coach & Reiki Certification Training that intersects mindset coaching and energy healing.

Chaneé discovered fitness and bodybuilding during her senior year in university and shortly after began competing. However after some years, competitive bodybuilding started to affect her mentally. This inspired Chaneé to become a life and fitness coach and healer, helping others reach their goals and still be compassionate to themselves.
She also talks about the importance of balancing her femininity and masculinity and, how this relates to self-care and self love. Chaneé believes we must learn to value ourselves – this is a combination of self-worth, self-esteem and self-leadership.
